Job description

To thrive as a Lead Machine Operator, you must bring strong production experience, safety awareness, and confiden ce to the filling line each day. In this role, you’ll guide team members on proper methods and safety procedures, ensure all materials are staged and ready, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will inspect quality relentlessly, monitor equipment performance, and make sure every can, label, and batch code is accurate and up to standard. We take pride in maintaining clean, well-organized work areas and in creating a production environment where everyone can succeed!

Every day you will operate a variety of filling line equipment, measure and convert material quantities, train new employees, and jump in on line feeding or casing whenever needed. You’ll troubleshoot issues, request maintenance support, track inventory, and prepare production reports that keep the team aligned. We work together, we stay proactive, and we ensure the line never misses a beat! This dynamic role offers hands-on action, collaboration , and the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced production process with energy and confidence.

• Detail‑ driven performers who keep production flowing by maintaining equipment, tracking inventory, and delivering accurate reportson line output and performance.

• LeadMachineOperator startsat$22.00/hr
• Teammemberswillreceive a $0.50/ hr increase at 6 months of employment and another$0.50/ hr increase at oneyearof employment.
• Any shift that starts from 12 PM or later ( off-shifts ) also receives a $3/ hr shift differential.
• Quarterlyand holiday bonuses are available.
• Accrue15paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
