Job summary

Brain Co. is building frontier AI applications to modernize essential services in governments, healthcare, and critical industries. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will deploy state-of-the-art models to automate real-world problems and translate research breakthroughs into practical, scalable solutions.

You will work alongside ex-founders, AI researchers, and software engineers to deliver impactful AI-powered outcomes, influencing how institutions leverage AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building GenAI-focused applications with latest technologies (Agents, reasoning models, RAG).
• Strong familiarity with large language model architectures and operation.
• Hands-on experience implementing models in PyTorch, Jax or TensorFlow.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and Deploy: design and deploy advanced LLM models for real-world problems across healthcare, government, and energy sectors.
• Optimize and Scale: build scalable data pipelines, optimize models for performance and accuracy, and prepare them for production.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continued value across governments worldwide.
• Engage with leaders: collaborate with government officials and senior researchers to understand challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Learn and Lead: keep up with ML/AI advancements, participate in code reviews, and promote high-quality engineering practices.
