Job summary

The successful candidate will manage M&A transactions from start to finish, directly supervise junior associates, and provide corporate governance advice.

The chosen associate will work with clients on complex business transactions and help them navigate mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Strong skills in drafting documents and negotiation are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of corporate transactional experience emphasizing public and private M&A.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills essential.
• Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to waive in.
