Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) Shift Lead to support multiple Dallas locations. The role offers an hourly pay range of $24.66 to $35.62, with rate based on experience and location.

As a Banfield LVT, you will collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality preventive care, mentor staff, and drive efficient client service while ensuring the pet’s safety and comfort in all procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician certification or licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) required or preferred.
• AVMA accredited program degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and wellness plans.
• Manage flow of clients and pets for efficient care and productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.

AVMA accredited veterinary technology program

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology
