Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing unit and coordinate staff, supplies, and facilities.
• Review staffing patterns and census; reassign as needed.
• Assess patients on admission/readmission and develop care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records.
• Troubleshoot complaints and resolve issues.
