Qualifications

• Must supervise nursing assistants in accordance with current standards and regulations.
• Direct direct nursing care for residents as needed.
• Ability to plan and coordinate shifts, services, and activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing functions for nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities.
• Coordinate with resident services and government agencies as required.
• Complete required reports and documentation.
