Job summary

Memorial Hermann seeks a licensed LVN with 5+ years of clinical experience to join the Patient Services team. You will lead at the front desk, mentor staff, and ensure accurate registration, scheduling and high-quality patient care within regulatory standards.

You will work under physician direction, maintain data integrity, support EMR systems, and collaborate with care teams across clinics. BLS/CPR is required and Texas LVN license or CMA/RMA eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Education and licensing requirements as stated, including LVN license or CMA/RMA/CCMA/NRCMA eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience required.
• Strong leadership, patient services, and triage skills.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding; insurance procedures.

Responsibilities
