Qualifications

• Texas LVN license and CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Proven experience as a Charge Nurse or in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team.
• Provide direct patient care, including medications, vital signs, and wound care.
• Assess and develop individualized resident care plans with the RN Manager.
• Monitor and maintain accurate resident records and MARs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with therapy, dietary, and social services for integrated care.
