Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager for Luxury Residential Renovations to lead premium renovation and custom home projects in the Boston area. You will manage from concept to completion, coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, and trades while maintaining strong client and partner communication.

This role offers autonomy, a flexible office/field mix, and the opportunity to work on award-winning projects with a reputable builder known for quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in high-end residential construction.
• Ability to lead projects independently through all phases of construction.
• Experience managing projects with values of at least $1M.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, scheduling, and execution.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Boston and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury residential renovation projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Drive successful delivery of high-end renovation and custom home projects.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate projects across Boston and surrounding communities.
• Collaborate with leadership while operating with significant autonomy.
