Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional experience in luxury residential architecture.
• Experience with ground-up residential construction.
• Licensed architect preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction documents for luxury ground-up residential projects.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, lighting, and consultants.
• Develop and review technical details for exterior walls, roofs, windows, doors, waterproofing, foundations, terraces, stairs, and interior conditions.
• Manage drawing sets through design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field conditions with accuracy and judgment.
• Work with principals, project managers, engineer, consultants, builders/fabricators; mentor junior staff.
