Job summary

EBTA Architects in Southern California seeks a Project Manager to lead execution of custom residential projects across Orange County and Los Angeles, from schematic design through construction close-out. You will run multiple projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors on premier homes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing custom residential projects (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to deliver complex residential work, luxury or high-end
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing
• Clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, and contractors

Responsibilities

• Run high-end residential projects from concept through construction administration
• Coordinate the consultant team — Structural, MEP, Civil, Landscape, Geotech, etc.
• Lead internal production staff and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Manage client communication with professionalism and clarity
• Oversee construction administration: RFIs, submittals, site visits, change orders, punch lists
• Navigate municipal code, coastal jurisdictions, DRBs, and HOAs across OC and LA
• Produce and manage quality control of construction documents, including detailing
• Uphold the firm's design and documentation standards on every project
