Job summary

Doug Parr Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee luxury homebuilding across multiple communities in the Fort Worth area, Weatherford, and surrounding cities. You will manage schedules, budgets, trade partners, and site safety to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of homebuilding leadership, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive projects from planning through occupancy while upholding our standards and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of homebuilding/construction experience in new residential construction.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and familiarity with building codes and ROC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and trade contractor schedules to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Interface with trade partners, government agencies, internal teams and customers.
• Schedule contractors on-site and off-site for each phase of construction.
