GRIT Construction in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in luxury custom homes to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring exceptional quality, strict budget performance, schedule integrity, and an outstanding client experience. This is not production homebuilding; custom home experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience building custom homes.
• Luxury custom residential construction experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead custom home projects from contract through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to drive quality, safety, and project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants.
• Manage contracts, change orders, project financials, and risk.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure company standards are met.
