Job summary

Shorecrest Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead luxury residential and high-end commercial projects in Miami. You will own projects from buyout to delivery and manage multi-million dollar budgets with an entrepreneurial team.

Requirements include 3+ years PM experience, ability to read blueprints, familiarity with local permitting, and proficiency with Procore and Excel. The role offers $110k–$135k base plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction PM experience.
• Direct field experience on 2–3 projects >$1M each.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with local permitting (DERM, SFWMD, building dept).
• Strong contract administration (AIA pay requisitions, bank draws, changes).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, buy-out, scheduling, and budget maintenance.
• Develop master schedule using Procore and MS Office.
• Interface between owner, design professionals, and field staff.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance per contract.
• Create and manage RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
• Supervise project staff including Superintendent, AP Manager, and Project Engineer.
• Evaluate designs for constructability and value engineering.
