Job summary

Grease-Monkey Frisco is seeking a dependable Key Holder to open and close the service center, support daily operations, and ensure fast, friendly service for customers. You will help lead the team during daily operations and oversee cash handling and safety protocols.

The role requires prior service/retail experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and flexibility to work weekends. A background check and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment is required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must pass a company background check and be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the location at shift start and end.
• Support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements and minor services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to the Center Manager.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve simple issues.
• Escalate safety, security or behavioral concerns as needed.
• Train and mentor new employees and enforce company policies.
