Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills; availability for flexible hours, including weekends; background check clear.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Handle daily deposits to the bank in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Ensure cash security and lock up procedures.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to the Center Manager or Assistant Store Manager when needed.
• Escalate safety, security, or behavioral issues to the District Manager if necessary.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
