Qualifications

• Must hold an active Virginia LPN or RN license.
• Five years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing laws, regulations and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and maintain a wound care program and infection control plan.
• Provide supervision and administrative oversight of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with Virginia long-term care regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver resident-centered care.
