Job summary

Themeadows is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care. You will supervise daily activities, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with physicians and staff to implement care plans.

You will administer medications, monitor resident responses, and participate in quality assurance, training, and policy enforcement. Strong English communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license to practice in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• CPR certification preferred; continuing education required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise day-to-day nursing care by CNAs and nursing staff.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance with policies.
• Complete and review charts, orders, and treatment plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Coordinate care plans, staff schedules, and quality assurance activities.
