Job summary

The Summit of Germantown is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with options from 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am, and pay ranging from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.

As an LPN, you will supervise on your shift, coordinate resident care, administer medications, and support RCAs and MTs to maintain high-quality service in our welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in state where you work.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Knowledge of assisted living and dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates work assignments to ensure shift coverage.
• Administers medications according to physician orders.
• Documents medications and MAR in resident charts.
• Responds to emergencies promptly.
• Orients and assists with training of new associates.
• Maintains resident charts and reports changes.
