Camellia at Deerwood seeks a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-site nursing team in Jacksonville, FL. The LPN will supervise shift teams, coordinate resident care, and administer medications under physician orders, ensuring MAR accuracy and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Must be a licensed nurse in state where you work.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred. Dementia care experience preferred.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Plans and delegates work assignments for shift coverage.
• Participates in and supervises delivery of resident care.
• Administers medications per physician orders and documents in MAR.
• Conducts shift reports and ensures accuracy of MAR documentation.
• Supervises RCAs/MTs and coaches staff on care practices.
• Maintains medication security and follows safety policies.
