Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delegates shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participates in and supervises delivery of resident care.
• Administers medications according to MAR.
• Documents medications and reports changes to physician.
• Maintains accurate resident charts.
