Cape Cod Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care at JML Care Center in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This full-time position involves supervising nursing assistants and ensuring quality care for residents. Duties include administering medications, documenting care, and participating in facility surveys.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN program, possess a valid LPN license, and have BLS/CPR certification. The role requires teamwork, leadership skills, and a compassionate disposition.

This position offers a 40-hour work week with rotating days, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active LPN license to practice in Massachusetts.
• BLS / CPR and AED Program Certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
