Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to plan and manage patient care tailored to each patient. The LPN serves as the eyes and ears of RNs and physicians, performing ongoing assessments of vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants, leading a group of nurses, identifying and solving problems in the care plan, and administering IV medications and fluids, including care for IV lines. Shift: AM or PM.

Qualifikationen

• LPN must perform ongoing assessments of vital signs.
• Administer medications and dressing changes as prescribed.
• Lead and supervise nursing assistants and other nurses.
