Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to plan and manage patient care. The LPN serves as the eyes and ears of RNs and Physicians, performing ongoing assessments of vital signs and coordinating care.

Responsibilities include administering medications and dressings, supervising nursing assistants, addressing problems in care plans, and managing IV medications and fluids. Shifts available AM or PM.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license.
• Experience in patient care and vital signs assessment.

Responsabilités

• Administer and monitor patient medications and dressing changes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and lead a group of nurses.
• Assess and address issues in the patient's care plan.
• Administer intravenous medications and fluids and care for IV lines.
• Shift: AM or PM
