Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing; graduate from accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN license to work in Alabama; CPR certification.
• IV/certification or infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in care team huddles and pre-visit planning.
• Assess patient conditions, vital signs, and non-appointment visits.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with procedures.
• Supervise patient-care unit nursing staff and maintain records.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and quality improvement activities.
