Qualifications

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff and supervise nursing assistants.
Plan and coordinate shifts, services, and activities.
Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure policy compliance.
Participate in facility surveys and QA activities.
Review discharge plans and assist in care planning.
Ensure accurate charting and documentation of care.
Coordinate with physicians and other departments to deliver resident care.
