Winterhaven Kennels is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations in a long‑term care setting. You will direct nursing assistants, ensure policy compliance, and participate in care planning and quality assurance activities.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating care and maintaining high standards. The role requires current licensure, a nursing degree, and proficiency in English.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day‑to‑day nursing activities and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and QA activities.
• Review and document treatment plans, orders, and progress notes.
• Coordinate staffing, assign duties, and monitor shift performance.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and other departments.
