Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute seeks a capable LPN/LVN supervisor to lead the nursing team in a long‑term care setting. You will direct nursing assistants, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate care with other departments to maintain high-quality resident services.

You will participate in QA and discharge planning, oversee care plans, and supervise staff performance while maintaining regulatory standards. This role requires active licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, active nursing license to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge/experience with PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff, plan shifts, and coordinate services and activities.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the facility's QA program and discharge planning.
