Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse to enhance SRIM experiences for residents and families in a care-focused environment.

This role requires administering prescribed medications, supervising non-licensed staff, assisting with resident admissions, and maintaining care plans and logs. Must follow HIPAA and safety policies, respond promptly to requests, and contribute to a dignified, caring atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RN license required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications with accuracy.
• Supervises non-licensed nursing staff and participates in evaluations.
• Assists in admission of new residents and in daily living activities as needed.
• Maintains ECC and LNS logs, service plan, progress notes, and monthly summaries.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and safe, secure environment for residents and staff.
• Responds promptly to resident and family requests and maintains clear communications.
