Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
• Experience supervising STNAs or nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of STNAs per facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Represent nursing in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and explain care plan delivery.
• Notifies physicians and families of changes in resident condition.
• Supervise staff and participate in training and performance evaluations.
