Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding junior-level initiatives.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Attention Management; bonus points for PALS Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Track Sterile Technique metrics on your panel and surface trends to the care team weekly.
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
• Translate the care plan into daily tasks the nursing team can actually execute on a contract schedule.
• Manage caseloads efficiently in a fast-paced Moreno Valley clinical environment.
• Teach Patient Assessment technique to families taking a patient home, then have them show us back.
