IEP Corp seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care under the direction of an RN in a facility setting in California. The role includes patient evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, and supervising unlicensed staff to maintain safety and quality of care.

Starting pay is $28 per hour with a set schedule (4x2) and full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision. New grads are welcome to apply and will be considered for ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Patient Evaluation: Collects, reports and documents objective and subjective data; Observes conditions and reports changes in condition to RN.
• Care Planning: Contributes to establishing individualized patient goals; develops interventions; implements and evaluates the plan of care.
• Provision of Direct Patient Care: Administers medications and treatments per physician orders; communicates data to RN/physician; documents accurately; prepares patient/family for discharge as needed.
• Monitors patient care by unlicensed staff: supervises tasks, ensures policy adherence, and coordinates with teams for safe, effective care.
