Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing for clinical operations.
• Ensures completion of residents' pre-admission screens.
• Directs assessments of residents' needs.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Leads development of service plans with residents and families.
• Facilitates resident meetings and follows up on feedback.
• Acts as lead nurse and part of on-call rotation.
