LifeStream, Inc. is hiring LPNs to provide in-home and community-based nursing care for individuals with disabilities in Fall River, MA. Starting pay is $37/hour with weekend shift differentials available.

We are hiring full and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help ensure that medical needs of the individuals we serve our met. Additionally, you have the opportunity to assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community.

You need a current LPN license, previous experience, a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and the ability to pass our employment screening process.
