Job summary

LifeStream Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide in-home and community-based care to individuals with disabilities.

Starting pay is $37 per hour with weekend differentials; full-time and part-time positions available. Benefits include health/dental/vision, disability, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in home or community-based care preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitoring for individuals with disabilities.

• Follow care plans and document clinical observations.

We are hiring full and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help ensure that medical needs of the individuals we serve our met. Additionally, you have the opportunity to assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community.

You need a current LPN license, previous experience, a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and the ability to pass our employment screening process.
