Job summary

Woonsocket-Health- is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 3pm-11pm shift. You will supervise CNAs and CMTs, administer medications, assess residents, and ensure care plans are followed with accurate documentation.

The role requires an active RI LPN license, current CPR, and preferred IV certification. Experience in long-term care is advantageous, with a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing school or program.
• Current Rhode Island LPN license required.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and CNAs and CMTs on the unit and support floor staff.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the supervising RN/physician.
• Contribute to care plan implementation and transcription of orders.
• Maintain precise documentation of resident care and ensure regulatory compliance.
