Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Specialty Systems Technician to install, troubleshoot and maintain a broad range of systems at customer sites across Texas. The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating equipment and training needs, and leading small crews of 2–5 electricians.

Travel will be 60-75% with a work schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands.

Qualifications

• EST Apprenticeship completion or equivalent
• Willingness to travel 60-75%
• Ability to work 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; nights/weekends possible

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots voice/data, fiber optics, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, nurse call, etc.
• Interprets blueprints for job-site needs
• Prepares job layouts for small projects
• Leads small crews (2–5 electricians)
• Enforces safety and OSHA compliance on-site
• Maintains strong customer relations via problem-solving
