Citadel Access Solutions in Southern California seeks a Lead Low Voltage & Security Systems Technician to oversee and perform installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of access control, CCTV, gate operators, and related low‑voltage systems. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure safety and quality across field operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong wiring and networking knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and technical docs.

Qualifications

• Leading installation crews in low-voltage/security fields.
• Experience installing access control, CCTV, and gate systems.
• Strong wiring and electrical fundamentals.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Professional communication and team mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person installation team and assign tasks.
• Install, configure, test, and commission access control and CCTV systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and develop future leaders.
• Maintain safety standards and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and customers.
