Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman/Lead Technician/Superintendent in low-voltage or electronic security.
• Proven leadership of multiple installation crews on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, access control, CCTV and commercial alarms.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews (6–8 technicians) on a data center project.
• Coordinate daily field activities, resources, and manpower.
• Ensure work quality, safety, and customer standards are met.
• Install, configure, test, and commission electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms).
• Read and interpret drawings and project documentation; liaise with PMs and general contractors.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance; monitor progress and productivity.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide leadership and daily project documentation.
