Job summary

Globalcom Technologies in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead structured cabling and ICT infrastructure projects across southeastern Wisconsin. You will oversee installations from bid through completion, coordinating field crews and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in low voltage, electrical, or construction project management.
• Strong estimating and cost control experience.
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ICT systems and network installations.
• Familiarity with BICSI standards and structured cabling design or installation practices preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structured cabling, security, AV, and communication installations from bid through completion, on time and within budget.
• Manage installation of copper and fiber cabling systems with backbone and horizontal distribution.
• Work across structured cabling systems including copper, fiber optics, and network infrastructure.
• Build relationships with general contractors and end users to generate opportunities in Milwaukee region.
• Prepare bids, review project documents, and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate field teams to maintain schedules, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate testing, labeling, and documentation for compliance with standards.
