Mainspring Energy, Inc is seeking an Electrical Engineer, Electronics Design to own end-to-end hardware development for the Linear Generator, including low-voltage power electronics, PCBA design, and validation. You will lead cross-functional reviews, troubleshoot complex hardware, and drive manufacturability collaboration with NPI and suppliers.

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years with a Master's degree, in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, and realizing low-voltage electrical hardware (e.g., DC/DC converters, relays, e-fuses, and MOSFETs)
• Proficiency with PCBA schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium strongly preferred)
• Strong fundamentals in analog/mixed-signal design, including operational amplifiers, ADCs, and hardware filtering
• Experience performing DFMEA and worst-case tolerance analysis
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from requirements through production
• Collaborative communication across diverse technical teams and personalities

Responsabilidades

• Design low-voltage (<60V) electrical systems and PCBA hardware.
• Own bring-up, validation, and qualification of hardware designs.
• Lead cross-functional design reviews for alignment and approvals.
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware issues across field deployments and labs.
• Collaborate with reliability engineers to improve robustness.
• Work with NPI team and suppliers to optimize manufacturability and testability.
• Interface with high-voltage teams to define cabling and embedded firmware needs.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
