Qualifications

• 5+ years of low voltage experience in commercial and residential settings.
• 3+ years of fire alarm installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• PPE equipment proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate layout and installation of fire alarms, CCTV, access control and nurse call systems.
• Read drawings and blueprints to ensure systems function correctly.
• Perform inspections to verify code compliance.
• Pull wire and cable through conduits and raceways per project specs.
• Knowledge of Cat 5 and 6 wiring.
• Complete detailed inspection reports documenting issues.
• Must have knowledge of NEC codes.
