HAVENSMART LLC is looking for a Lead Technician in Sarasota, FL, to support installation operations across multiple branches. This full-time role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus and a salary of $29-$34 per hour, along with an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with low-voltage integrated systems and proficiency in installing Control4 systems. You'll lead installations, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior technicians to ensure high-quality service that meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with low-voltage integrated systems installation.
• Proficiency with Control4 systems; experience with Savant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and service integrated AV and home automation systems.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and control systems.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians as needed.
