Job summary

EloDesigns of Sarasota is seeking a skilled AV Technician to confidently handle high-end AV installations and service calls. You will work with Lutron and Control4, and collaborate with a field team, upholding precision and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an AV Technician required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; electronics education is a plus.
• Driver's license and clean MVR required.
• Experience with Control4 and Lutron preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform AV installations including wiring, terminations, speaker mounting, and shade installation.
• Ensure installations meet high standards of cleanliness and craftsmanship.
• Mentor junior technicians and model professional conduct.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required.
• Coordinate with project manager to ensure on-time completion.
