Job summary

Replenysh is seeking a hands-on Logistics Operations Leader to run the daily motion across a 5,000+ partner network. You will own partner and carrier relationships, data quality, and play a key role in building scalable playbooks and processes.

You will start by leading a small offshore team and progress toward building the org as we scale, with a clear path to Head of Logistics or Operations.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in logistics, operations, supply chain, or related operating role.
• Hands-on approach with ability to own and drive initiatives.
• Experience managing remote or offshore teams across time zones.
• Detail-obsessed about data accuracy and records.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily logistics motion across the network, on time and properly documented.
• Lead the offshore squad, set priorities, unblock work when needed.
• Own partner and carrier relationships and hold them accountable.
• Onboard new partners and manage lane re-covers to keep loads flowing.
