Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Lead Logistics Integrator to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. You will oversee complex transportation, storage, and distribution activities to maintain peak mission readiness and ensure efficient use of materials and personnel.

The role requires a Bachelor's in logistics or related field with extensive experience, and active Secret clearance. You will act as Technical Authority for compliance, approve plans, and mentor staff while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field required.
• 12+ years of position-relevant experience; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program deliverables.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Preferred: Master’s in Global Logistics; PMP certification; experience with USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific AOR.

• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of education).

• Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Global Logistics.

• PMP certification.

• Experience managing USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific AOR.

Clearance Required:

• Must hold an active Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
