FITT Scientific is seeking an experienced Lead Logistics Analyst to support Army logistics and supply-chain operations at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The Lead will lead logistics analysis and process-improvement efforts, evaluate performance, and provide technical leadership to junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Army logistics experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on LMP experience.
• Knowledge of Army logistics and supply-chain operations.
• Experience with inventory-management processes.
• Knowledge of Army supply regulations.
• Experience analyzing logistics processes and performance.
• Ability to identify process improvements and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and provide technical direction to other analysts.
• SECRET clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and supply-chain analysis activities.
• Analyze logistics processes, performance data, and operational trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply-chain effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support inventory-management analysis and process improvement.
• Evaluate transportation and distribution processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Apply Army supply regulations and logistics policies to analytical activities.
• Conduct analysis using data from Army logistics systems.
• Provide recommendations to Government and program leadership based on analytical findings.
• Develop and present logistics analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics and supply-chain processes.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to junior logistics analysts.
• Assist in identifying and resolving logistics-process deficiencies.
• Coordinate analytical activities with other logistics, data, and program-management personnel.
