Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking a Lodgekeeping Supervisor to manage daily lodgekeeping operations at the Big Sky property. The role oversees up to 20 lodgekeepers and drivers, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high service standards for guest and employee areas.

The position entails scheduling, training, performance reviews, and coordination with maintenance and management. Requires 3+ months of relevant experience; background check; valid driver’s license; site in Gallatin or Madison County, MT.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of housekeeping, janitorial, or related guest services experience preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 Lodgekeepers and drivers; assign duties and oversee cleaning activities.
• Inspect cleanliness and safety across lounges, offices, bathrooms, dining and recreation areas.
• Coordinate laundering and linen handling; load and fold textiles as needed.
• Inspect equipment; prepare work orders and coordinate maintenance with the team.
• Greet members and guests; provide professional service.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
