Housekeeping Supervisor at Yellowstone Club

Overview

Yellowstone Mountain Club, LLC d/b/a Yellowstone Club, located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks thirteen (13) full-time, temporary Housekeeping Supervisors. Supervisors will oversee housekeeping personnel, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in private homes, and provide outstanding service to Members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping personnel, ensuring adherence to department policies and residential service standards.
• Clean private homes to the highest hospitality‑industry standards and conduct regular inspections to maintain owner preferences.
• Provide training, coaching, and counseling to housekeeping employees.
• Assist with laundry, occasionally using residential‑style washing machines for homeowner linen, terry, and towels.
• Assist Housekeeping Management with daily operations, billing, scheduling, recruitment, selection, and performance reviews.
• Handle pick‑up and drop‑off of laundry in Bozeman, Montana; may need to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Supervise up to twenty (20) housekeepers and report directly to the Housekeeping Manager.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of housekeeping experience at a high‑end hotel, resort, or private club.
• Valid U.S. or international driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Completion of pre‑employment background check at employer’s expense.

Pay & Benefits

• Wage: $24.27 – $30.00 per hour, paid bi‑weekly.
• Overtime: $36.41 – $45.00 per hour.
• Service charge income available.
• Optional housing (single or double room) at $225.00 – $700.00 bi‑weekly, first‑come‑first‑served.
• Transportation and subsistence reimbursement as described.
• Medical, dental, vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield for Key Seasonal status; accrual of vacation and sick time optional.
• 401(k) eligibility for all workers.

Schedule

• 35 hours per week, with additional hours during peak times.
• Flexible shift options: morning, evening, weekend, holiday.
• Possible shifts include 8:00 am, 3:00 pm, 9:00 am, 4:00 pm, 12:00 pm, 7:00 pm.
• Work may be performed any day of the week.

All work locations are within Gallatin and Madison Counties, Montana, and employees are provided with transportation between work sites.
