FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking a Lead Locksmith Technician for its Columbia franchise. The role focuses on hands-on locksmithing, access control, and hardware installation in both commercial and residential settings.

The candidate will work closely with management and teams to ensure high-quality service and security system maintenance. The position requires the ability to perform emergency work orders, interpret written instructions, and service a range of lock systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Install and maintain access control hardware and card access systems.
• Create and maintain master key systems and re-keying tasks.
• Read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues and service equipment.
